Partnership

Built to work alongside you.

Most of our projects are built with partners. You bring the ground and the local knowledge. We bring capital, a full technical team and a route to market.

What each side brings

We bring

  1. Exploration and development capital
  2. A full technical team: geology, geochemistry and geophysics
  3. Satellite remote sensing and data-driven target generation
  4. International compliance, and trading and offtake infrastructure
  5. An agreed work programme, with early and plain feedback on results

We look for

  1. Genuine local knowledge and community trust
  2. Licences in geologically prospective areas
  3. Transparency, and a willingness to work to an agreed structure
  4. A shared view of the work the ground needs
  5. Flexibility on deal structure
01 · Structures

Three ways to work together.

Structure 1

Joint venture

A company owned jointly with the licence holder. Funding and operating roles are set out in the agreement.

Structure 2

Earn-in

We earn an interest in the project by funding exploration to agreed milestones.

Structure 3

Acquisition

We buy the project outright, where that suits the holder better.

02 · Process

From first message to agreed terms.

Step 1

Introduction

Send a non-confidential summary of the ground and the licence.

Step 2

Technical review

Our team reviews the geology and the existing data.

Step 3

Verification

Title, compliance and site checks, carried out with your cooperation.

Step 4

Terms

Terms agreed in writing before any exploration spending on your ground. Any transfer or change of interest is submitted to the mining authority where the mining code requires it.

03 · Responsibility

Our responsibilities.

Law

Within the rules

We work within each country’s mining code and the conditions of each licence.

Environment

Care for the land

We manage land responsibly, work to minimise environmental disturbance and design our operations to leave a light footprint.

Community

Alongside communities

Our projects are built alongside local communities, not over them. We invest in local employment and contribute to community infrastructure, so that the people closest to our operations share in the benefits.

04 · Contact

Get in touch.

Whether you hold a licence, represent a government or offer a technical service, we would like to hear from you.
